Judy Richardson-Mahre has navigated 30+ years of marriage and 25+ years of raising high-energy, chaotic kids who don’t fit in, don’t seem to measure up to society or school’s standards, but who are quirky, funny, and have ginormous hearts. She has spent the last two decades helping her family navigate this crazy world with ADHD and they have all found their way successfully! Now she’s helping others navigate these often very challenging waters to find independence, and success and bring the fun back into parenting and family life!
She begins each interaction with a new individual or family by lending a compassionate and understanding ear. She then educates them on ADHD, which helps normalize their challenges and refocus their attention on problem-solving. Then they start working on co-creating solutions for the issues you encounter as a result of ADHD.
